Popular Nigerian music producer and Mavin Records boss, Michael Collins Ajereh, widely known as Don Jazzy, has spoken about why he avoids complaining about the challenges that come with fame and success.
In a recent interview on the Keeping It Real With Jima podcast, Don Jazzy explained that he is very cautious about speaking negatively about his achievements. According to him, he sometimes fears that complaining could make him lose the blessings he currently enjoys.
During the conversation, the host asked him what part of success he did not expect or want.
Don Jazzy responded that he appreciates everything he has received in life and is grateful for it. However, he admitted that there are moments when he feels some things could have been different, but he avoids wishing for changes so it does not “attract unwanted changes” to his life.
He said humorously that he prefers not to complain so that God does not “adjust” his situation in a negative way.
