Nollywood actor Jim Iyke has shared an update about his personal life, saying his relationship status is not straightforward and remains unclear.
In a recent interview with the BBC, the actor said he currently sees himself as “somewhere between married and single.”
When asked to explain further, he simply added: “Figure it out,” without giving more details.
Iyke also spoke briefly about key moments in his life, describing the birth of his son, Harvis, as his happiest experience. He said the loss of his mother was the most painful moment he has ever gone through.
The actor was previously married to Lithuanian lawyer Dana Kinduryte. The couple have a son together, Harvis Chidubem Ike, who was born in 2015.
Their marriage later ended following the death of Iyke’s mother. The actor has said that the grief affected him deeply and impacted his role as a husband at the time.
Despite the separation, reports say both parties ended their relationship on friendly terms.
