Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek has made it clear that the club has no intention of selling star striker Victor Osimhen, despite growing transfer interest from top European teams.

Recent reports claimed that Atletico Madrid were among the clubs preparing a massive €150 million bid for the Nigerian forward, who continues to attract attention from elite sides across Europe, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Juventus, and Manchester United.

However, Özbek has firmly shut down any possibility of a sale, stressing that Osimhen is a key part of Galatasaray’s long-term project.

Speaking through comments quoted by Forza Cimbom via Fotomaç, the club president said the striker was not signed for profit but for performance and impact on the pitch.

He explained that Osimhen brings huge value to the team and also has a strong emotional connection with the club, adding that both the player and Galatasaray are happy with the current relationship.

Osimhen joined Galatasaray from Napoli and has already played a major role in helping the Turkish champions secure back-to-back Super Lig titles.

With his performances continuing to impress, Galatasaray remain determined to keep hold of their star forward despite ongoing speculation in the transfer market.
