AC Milan forward Rafael Leão has suggested he could be open to leaving Serie A, as he looks for a fresh challenge in his career.
The Portugal international is reportedly being watched by top clubs, with AC Milan believed to be willing to listen to offers for him during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Speaking in an interview with SportTV, Leão admitted he is thinking about trying a different league after spending several years in Italy with Milan.
He said he follows the Premier League closely and would be happy to play there or in Spain’s LaLiga if the opportunity comes.
According to him, a move to either league could help him show more of his quality and further develop his football career.
Leão added that his future is still open, stressing that he will see how things unfold during the summer transfer period.
The winger has been an important player for AC Milan since joining from Lille in 2019, scoring 80 goals in 291 appearances for the Italian club so far.
